Tax Law An attorney who is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Tax Law must have demonstrated a broad based knowledge of statutes (primarily federal) dealing with the imposition and collection of taxes. The attorney must also have advised clients concerning their rights and responsibilities regarding taxes, the proper taxation of transactions, and the procedure for contesting proposed and assessed taxes. |
